Exchange and Return Policy for TheRefurbStore

1. How to Create an Exchange Request:
   To exchange your order, please log in to your account and follow these steps:

1. Go to ‘My Orders’.
2. Click on the exchange button next to the product you want to return.
3. Select the reason for exchange from the dropdown and choose the replacement size (subject to availability).
4. Select the mode of return as Reverse Pickup or Self Ship.

• If your pin code is unserviceable for a reverse pickup, you will be prompted to change the address or select the Self Ship option.

Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected. Tracking details will be shared accordingly. If your pin code is non-serviceable for the reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to us. We will credit ₹99 to your account for shipping costs once we receive the original order.

2. I have created an exchange request. When will the product be picked up?
   Once we receive your request, someone from our courier partner’s team will arrive at your address for pickup within 1-2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and tags are intact for acceptance.
3. When will I get my exchanged product delivered?
   Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse after the returned product has been picked up. Typically, deliveries within India take 4-5 business days for metros and 5-7 business days for other areas. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and other factors (e.g., public holidays, extreme weather conditions).
4. How to Create a Return Request:
   To return your order, log in to your account and follow these steps:

1. Go to ‘My Orders’.
2. Click on the return button next to the product you want to return.
3. Select the reason for return from the dropdown.
4. Choose the mode of return as Reverse Pickup or Self Ship.

• If your pin code is serviceable for a reverse pickup, kindly confirm the address and contact number.

   Once we receive your request, our courier partner will arrive at your address for pickup within 1-2 business days. After pickup, the complete amount will be refunded to your account within 48 hours. Please ensure the product(s) and tags are intact for acceptance.
6. Where Should I Self-Ship the Returns?
   If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup, please self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

Ensure that items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. You will receive a full refund plus ₹99 for courier charges within 48 hours of us receiving the product(s).

Important: Please do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns, as they are not reliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using Speed Post, a Government of India service, for secure shipping.

7. Is There a Convenience Fee to Get a Refund?
   Yes, there is a nominal charge of ₹49 per product to transfer your refund to your original mode of payment or Bank Account/UPI.
8. Terms of the Return Policy:

• Customers can return their order within 15 days after delivery.
• We have a reverse pickup facility for most pin codes. For non-serviceable pin codes, you must self-ship the product(s).
• We may refuse returns if items show signs of Dents, scratches, and breakage. Defective products do not need to be sent back unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you receive a defective product, please send images to info@TheRefurbStore.com for assistance.
• For combo packs, the entire pack must be returned; partial returns are not accepted.
• Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
• Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded for returned goods, and replacements will not be gift-wrapped.
• TheRefurbStore may change the applicable products or categories without prior notice.
• A nominal processing fee of ₹49 applies to all returns.
